Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted at Seymour Expo given the wide range of livestock and animals onsite.
When is the next Seymour Expo?

Friday 12 April to 14 April, 2024 9am to 4pm each day.

How do I change the day of my ticket?

How do I hire a mobility scooter?

There will be no mobility scooter hire service for our 2024 event. Unfortunately our mobility scooter hire service did not survive the COVID-19 pandemic and we have not been able to find a replacement provider.

Are there any baby change facilities?

There will be baby change facilities run by the Seymour Football Netball Club and is located opposite the Seymour Agricultural Society Building. This area provides all families a safe space to breakaway from the crowds, to breastfeed with baby change facilities. 

What do I do if I have lost property?

Any lost property is to be handed in to the Expo Office where it will be returned to the owner. If you cannot access the expo office, please contact our team at [email protected] 

Is there a parcel pick-up service?

A complimentary parcel pick-up service is available at the Expo.  Please request at time of purchase and items will be delivered to the Exhibitor Exit Gate.

Are there ATMs at the Seymour Expo?

Yes there is one ATM near Gate 1.

When making a purchase, please use EFTPOS where possible.

Do you offer a concession ticket?

Adult, concession, children and family tickets are available.

A Concession ticket is for any full-time tertiary student in possession of a Student Identification Card, or any other valid concession, as defined by Public Transport Victoria.  Concession ticket holders may be asked at the gate upon entry to present their ID card.

Is there parking available?

Free parking is available on surrounding streets, however will be limited. Please read signs for details. 

Paid Parking areas are managed by local community and sports groups and is available at following locations:

  • Seymour War Memorial
  • Seymour Swimming Pool
  • Seymour Bowls Club on Lesly Street
  • the Seymour Club on Elizabeth Street
  • 35b Emily Street
  • Edward Street opposite the Wattle Motel

All ability parking is available near gate 4 on Lesley Street.

Where can I get a copy of the Official Event Guide?

Hard copy Event Guides will be inserted in a number of newspapers and magazines leading into the Expo.  However a limited quantity will also be conveniently located at the gate at Seymour Expo.  A digital version will also be released prior to the event from this website.  To receive updates on Seymour Expo including details on the digital Event Guide, subscribe to the eNewsletter via the online form below.

What do I do if I have lost my ticket?
If you have purchased your ticket online, please email [email protected] with details regarding your ticket and the team will be able to assist.  Unfortunately tickets purchased at the gate cannot be re-issued.

Is there food and drinks available?

Yes there’s fantastic food and drinks options available to purchase this includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Find our food and drink options through the link https://www.seymourexpo.com.au/eat-and-drink/ 

Can children attend Seymour Expo?

Yes the Seymour Expo has something for everyone of all ages. Children under the age of 5 can attend for free.
